秘鲁与香港宣布贸易协定谈判实质性结束

对外贸易和旅游部（Mincetur）宣布，秘鲁与香港的贸易协定谈判已实质性结束，这使两国（地区）距离签署自由贸易协定（FTA）又近了一步。
“我们很高兴能够在APEC贸易部长会议的框架内宣布这一进展。经过我们团队15个月的努力工作，我们可以说我们已经就将成为APEC贸易部长会议的实质性内容达成了一致。现代和雄心勃勃的自由贸易协定；它将促进秘鲁和香港之间的商品、服务和投资贸易，”Mincetur 在新闻稿中强调。
该谈判于2023年开始，涵盖货物贸易、服务贸易（包括电子商务）、投资等相关领域。我很高兴地看到，我们实现高质量、全面双边自贸协定的共同目标已经实现。
双方目标是完成剩余的少数问题和各自的内部程序，以期在今年内签署自贸协定。协议细节随后将公布。
2023年，秘鲁在香港于拉丁美洲的商品贸易伙伴中排名第五。 2023年，香港与秘鲁之间的商品贸易总额达7亿美元，2019年至2023年平均每年增长4%。
