巴拉圭对中国与南方共同市场谈判不持异议

中国与南方共同市场（由阿根廷、巴西、巴拉圭和乌拉圭组成的南美贸易集团）之间的自由贸易协定谈判已持续多年。虽然一项协议于 2019 年宣布，但尚未最后敲定。
在最近举行的南方共同市场峰会上，乌拉圭总统路易斯·拉卡列·波强调了成员国之间当前的和谐关系，并宣布将重启与中国的对话机制。
巴拉圭总统圣地亚哥·佩纳保证，巴拉圭“不反对”乌拉圭提出的南方共同市场与中国之间可能进行的谈判。
中国是南方共同市场国家的重要贸易伙伴。多年来，南方共同市场与中国的贸易总额大幅增长，中国是南方共同市场国家大豆、铁矿石、牛肉等大宗商品的主要进口国，南方共同市场也从中国进口制成品。
然而，也有一些担忧。谈判已经持续了好几年，几轮谈判讨论了协议的各个方面，包括关税削减、原产地规则、知识产权、以及争端解决机制。
