The Women’s LeadershIP Initiative Idea Exchange is an International Trademark Association (INTA) platform that aims to bridge the gap between today’s women leaders and those coming up in the ranks. Founded in 2020 in line with INTA's strategic direction to foster diversity and inclusion and advance corporate social responsibility, The Women’s LeadershIP Initiative champions the development of strong leadership skills for all women in the IP field to empower them to advance their careers to the next level.
During INTA's 2024 Leadership Meeting that will take place in New Orleans, Louisiana, from November 12 to 15, 2024, The Women’s LeadershIP Initiative Idea Exchange will present "Leadership Legacy: Connecting the Women Leaders of Today for Tomorrow", a panel discussion that will look to refocus efforts to help young women leaders advance and succeed.
Panelists will talk about best practices, how to cope with workplace challenges, and work-life integration. Hiring talent and retaining teams is important, but what do new generations want at the workplace? What are the challenges that they are encountering and what are they hoping to achieve? Legacy leaders hope that their experiences will aid in guiding the path of future women leaders.

The moderator will be Laura Collada, Managing Partner at Dumont, Mexico.
The panel will take place at Room Empire C of the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
