Private equity firm discusses Venezuela’s landscape

Venecápital (known as Venezuelan Private Capital Association) is a newly-formed local association for private equity that was officially launched on March 22, 2021, through a virtual webinar.

The purpose of the association is the promotion and development of the common interests of a trade union nature of its members, in terms of development of the private equity investment sector in Venezuela, with the specific objectives of promoting Venezuela as a destination country for private capital investments and to act as a guild organization to represent the interests of the private capital sector in Venezuela and maintain relations with authorities and regulators.

On the occasion of its official launch, Venecápital held a webinar called ”Venezuela, back on the radar of international investors”, were businessmen, investors and professionals from different countries connected to talk about the newly financial and economic development of the country.
