在秘鲁批准后，英国将于 12 月 15 日加入 CPTPP

英国已获得在今年年底前加入《全面且进步的跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》（CPTPP）所需的第六份也是最后一份批准书。
在秘鲁批准英国加入该协定后，该协定将于 2024 年 12 月 15 日正式生效。
在秘鲁之前，另外五个 CPTPP 成员国也批准了英国的加入条款：日本、新加坡、智利、新西兰和越南。这意味着该协定将于 12 月 15 日对这些成员生效，随后在其他成员批准后生效。
英国加入后，CPTPP是一个横跨五大洲、近6亿人口的自由贸易区。
根据CPTPP，英国将立即取消秘鲁所出口的94%的产品的关税。
