哥斯达黎加加入政府采购协定

《2012 年政府采购协议》（GPA 2012）缔约方于 2024 年 3 月 20 日在政府采购委员会会议上就哥斯达黎加加入GPA 2012加强了谈判。
哥斯达黎加于2023年9月提交了加入GPA 2012的申请。它是第一个寻求成为该协定缔约方的中美洲世贸组织成员。此次加入不仅将为哥斯达黎加企业打开新市场，还将使其成为第一个实施协议中概述的透明度和公平竞争标准的中美洲世贸组织成员。
为确保政府采购市场公开、公平、透明的竞争条件，世界贸易组织多个成员商定了政府采购协议（GPA）。
GPA是世贸组织框架内的诸边协议，这意味着并非所有世贸组织成员都是该协议的缔约方。
