美洲开发银行和乌拉圭通过新食品与健康实验室加强创新伙伴关系

美洲开发银行 (IDB) 和乌拉圭庆祝双方在促进创新方面的合作取得了进展。美洲开发银行行长 Ilan Goldfajn 和乌拉圭总统 Luis Lacalle Pou 为食品与人类健康计划 (PAyS) 新实验室揭牌。
PAyS 是一项学术计划，拥有超过 600 平方米的先进实验室空间和由来自不同学科的约 30 名专家组成的团队。其使命是通过跨学科科学探索食品与健康之间的关系。
该计划旨在培训熟练的专业人员并产生有关食品对人类健康影响的科学知识，满足国内市场需求和出口机会。作为该计划的一部分，乌拉圭开设了第一个食品科学和人类健康硕士学位，为专家提供研究和开发这些领域创新解决方案的能力。
