新的公私合作合同法

第7452/25号法律“公共基础设施投资促进制度的现代化以及国家责任下的商品和服务的扩大和改进”引入了新的公私合作 (PPP) 合同框架，取代了第5102/13号法律。
这项立法源自行政权力，纳入了参议院关于因不可预见的事件影响私人合作伙伴而延长期限以及将可再生能源项目（包括非水力非常规可再生能源）纳入 PPP 结构的修改。
经参议院批准后，众议院确认了修订后的法案，使得该法案得以颁布。该法律旨在加强对基础设施和公共服务发展的投资。最长期限为 40 年，包括允许的延期（时间性原则）。环境可持续性原则的定义现在明确包括与气候变化相关的风险。
