2025年上半年巴拿马专利申请量增长8.5%

根据巴拿马商务和工业部（MICI）发布的数据，尽管商标注册量略有下降，但2025年上半年巴拿马的专利申请量却有所增长。
2025年1月至6月，巴拿马工业产权总局（DIGERPI）共收到153份专利申请，较2024年同期的141份增长8.5%。MICI指出，其中95%的申请来自国际申请人，这反映出巴拿马作为全球创新者在该地区寻求知识产权保护的战略管辖区的持续重要性。
然而，商标注册量却呈现出不同的趋势。2025年上半年共提交了4020份申请，而去年同期为4404份，下降了8.7%。当局强调，尽管数量有所下降，但有意保护其无形资产的企业家、微型、小型和中型企业以及组织的需求仍然稳定。
