Argentina extends quarantine while legal terms remain suspended

On May 10, 2020, Argentina extended until May 24 the compulsory quarantine aimed at slowing the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in the country. Argentina has been under national quarantine for seven weeks and the government has extended it three times previously.In accordance with the Government decision, the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI) issued Resolution 42/2020 extending the suspension of all legal terms from May 11 to May 24, 2020.
The Supreme Court also established an extraordinary judicial fair until the same date.
Finally, by Decree 458/2020, the suspension of administrative terms were also extended from May 11 to May 24, 2020.
