BKM | Berkemeyer advised Glymax Paraguay S.A. in the process of acquiring the majority shareholding in Rural Makro Import & Export S.A., a strategic transaction that strengthens and supports the growth of its business.

As part of the transaction, Rural Makro will continue operating under the same corporate name and will maintain all of its brands, ensuring continuity of its operations, commercial identity and market positioning.

The legal advice provided by BKM | Berkemeyer covered all stages of the transaction, including due diligence, legal structuring of the deal, and the drafting and negotiation of the contractual documents, ensuring an efficient and orderly process aligned with the strategic objectives of the parties.
