Call center industry rises up in Nicaragua

Most recently it was Serve5ive who opened its first office in capital city Managua. The company, which provides Business Process Outsourcing to US based firms, will provide the insurance industry with needs such as first notice of loss intake FNL and policy servicing.
Although Serve5ive already invested US 1.7 million in Nicaragua, more investments are planned for the future as the company expects to serve about 25,000 insurance complaints a year.
According to its president Don Owens, the company handles policies and claims for more than 250,000 customers just in southern United States.
