Central America discusses latest IP trends linked to business success

From April 8 to 10, Honduras was home of an World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) seminar to debate successful experiences linking IP and business. Officials from Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and the Dominican Republic were part of the activity, which also gathered companies, researchers, lawyers, innovators, technology transfer officers, representatives from universities and other IP specialists.
The activity was part of annual WIPO organized seminars that discuss the needed IP tools to protect and leverage intangible assets and allow the development of a business, providing trends, practical tips and case studies.
