哥斯达黎加与阿联酋启动CEPA初步谈判

哥斯达黎加外贸部长和阿联酋外贸国务部长签署联合声明，标志着两国启动建立全面经济伙伴关系协定（CEPA）的初步谈判。
两国贸易投资往来持续增长，2022年非石油贸易额达到5870万美元，比2021年增长19%。
阿联酋在哥斯达黎加的投资涵盖IT、旅游、零售、广告、媒体、房地产、可再生能源、航空运输和物流等领域。
哥斯达黎加还正在推行一项扩大其全球贸易和投资伙伴关系并使其多样化的议程。与阿联酋建立CEPA将是其与中东国家的第一个自由贸易协定。
