In this particular case the owner is CAPACLOR, the Paraguayan Chamber of chloride and derivatives, which is a nonprofit association composed of a group of chlorine and derivatives industrial companies. This institution seeks to promote social responsibility and respect for the environment, as well as protecting the safety and health of society.

The companies associated with this institution have a quality seal that give consumers the assurance that the purchase is a product that meets the required standards of quality, which is why CAPACLOR requested the registration of the certification mark "CAPACLOR- Paraguayan Chamber CHLORINE AND DERIVATIVES "and design.

Furthermore it is also important to point out, that our law states that in case of the holder being an state agency, the registration shall be indefinite.
