Collective Mark for cacao producers
By Espinosa Bellido Abogados

The producers are from the Condorcanqui province, located in the northern Peruvian region of Amazonas, which because of its geographical factors has a strong agricultural development producing commodity crops such as cocoa, rice, coffee, fruit trees and livestock.
Collective Marks commonly are granted to a group of producers so its commercial use is reserved for members of that association, distinguishing the goods or services produced by its members from those similar goods or services produced from outside of the association.
