Santiago de Chile. Intellectual property firm Covarrubias has announced the appointment of Fernanda Chamorro as Partner, in recognition of her outstanding track record of over 10 years with the firm.
Chamorro leads Covarrubias' Latin America Desk and its International Trademarks Department, where her practice has focused on trademark protection strategies, as well as the filing, prosecution, and litigation of trademark and domain name matters, both in Chile and abroad. Her work has also included the coordination of cross-border trademark portfolios for international clients and correspondent firms operating in the region, ensuring consistent trademark protection across Latin America through a single point of contact.
She is a member of ASIPI and INTA, and has been recognized in publications such as WTR 1000 and Leaders League.
