CPTPP：哥斯达黎加加入的公众参与期

全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定（CPTPP）国家的部长们宣布，CPTPP成员国已同意与哥斯达黎加成立加入工作组。
新候选国的加入需要时间，该过程将由加入工作组管理，该加入工作组由 CPTPP 缔约方代表组成。值得注意的是，CPTPP 缔约方做出的决定是协商一致做出的。
CPTPP是澳大利亚、文莱达鲁萨兰国、加拿大、智利、日本、马来西亚、墨西哥、秘鲁、新西兰、新加坡和越南之间的自由贸易协定（FTA）。CPTPP由这11个国家于2018年3月8日在智利圣地亚哥签署。
根据 CPTPP，进口商可以根据由进口商、出口商或生产商填写的原产地证明申请优惠关税待遇。
与其他自由贸易协定不同，根据 CPTPP，该认证不需要遵循规定的格式，但必须采用书面形式（包括电子形式），并且必须包含一组最低数据要求。
