Digital procedures for industrial models and designs

Since January 2020 the Electronic Legal Address of INPI’s users will be constituted as a national legal address for both national and foreign users who want to carry out procedures regarding industrial models and designs.
“Resolution 9/2020 aims to continue advancing in the federalization plan of INPI and puts on a level of equality all national and foreign citizens who wish to register their intellectual property,” INPI stated in a press release.
