Discussing fashion law and business in Venezuela

At the meeting, regional and global statistics of the fashion industry were shared and debated by participants, who talked about their experiences in the process of developing talent, fabricating products and creating brands.
During the seminary it was presented an ASIPI and International Trademark Association (INTA) report, entitled Trademarks in Latin America: Economic Impact in 10 Latin America and Caribbean Countries. The report, centered around 10 Latin America and Caribbean countries, finds sectors using trademarks to intensively contribute with USD 766.6 billion to Gross Domestic Product (GDP), 18 percent to employment -equating to 35 million jobs- and pay their employees up to 57 percent more in wages than other industries.
