设立可利用比特币和数字资产的投资银行的法律

2025年8月7日，萨尔瓦多立法议会批准了《投资银行法》，这是一个新的框架，允许设立独立于传统商业银行运营的金融机构。这些投资银行将被允许提供资产管理、财务咨询、项目融资、债券发行以及包括比特币在内的数字资产的托管或发行等服务。

监管职责将由萨尔瓦多中央储备银行 (BCR) 和金融体系监管局 (SSF) 承担，它们负责发布有关资本要求、流动性和风险管理的技术规则。经监管机构批准，机构还可以申请额外的许可证，以完全使用比特币或其他数字资产运营。
