First edition of Chefs Ambassadors to promote Country Brand

Guillermo Gonzales Arica, former Ambassador of Peru in Honduras and president of the CGDG, explained during the event that "gastronomy is a chain of economic value that starts with the production and ends with a Country Brand, creating jobs".
"The juniapa, the chipilín, the flower of izote, the flower of pito, the loroco, the timochenco, the curiles, the copaneco pig, the ticucos…I could spend all the night talking about how rich, enviable and spectacular the Honduran food and land is", Gonzales Arica stated. "One of our goals is to transform those products into gourmet dishes for export", he added.
