Guns N’ Roses takes brewery to court
By Ferraiuoli LLC

Oskar Blues Brewery applied for registration of the Guns 'N' Rosé trademark in 2018 before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), prompting the rock band to successfully oppose the registration.
Despite the refusal of the USPTO, Oskar Blues Brewery withdrew the trademark registration but continued to sell the drink under the Guns' N' Rosé name. Guns N’ Roses is therefore seeking an injunction against the brewery to prevent the sale of the beer.
