Guzmán Ariza, Attorneys at Law, has been selected as one of the best companies to work for in 2023 in the Dominican Republic, according to Revista Mercado.
The ranking highlighted the firm’s position as pioneer in the provision of specialized legal services and its commitment to create a welcoming work environment for all its employees.
This year, the employee satisfaction index was 95%, which contributed to the firm climbing 12 places in relation to its position in the 2022 list.
In its report, Revista Mercado values items such as organizational culture, reputational strength, sustainable impact, talent retention and organizational transformation.
