.HN域名争议解决服务更新

世界知识产权组织仲裁与调解中心宣布更新其针对.HN域名（洪都拉斯国家代码顶级域名ccTLD）的争议解决框架。
自2009年以来，世界知识产权组织一直与NIC.HN（.HN域名注册机构）合作，根据以《统一域名争议解决政策》（UDRP）为蓝本的政策管理域名争议。更新后的.HN争议政策和规则于2025年5月生效，目前仅提供西班牙语版本。
.HN争议政策是UDRP的变体：
- 投诉人只需证明.HN域名的注册或使用存在恶意即可。
- 该程序不再要求当事人提交其诉状和附件的纸质副本。
- 域名争议的共同管辖权属于洪都拉斯主管法院。
