We are pleased to announce that in our search to satisfy the needs of our clients, we have incorporated Sports Law into our IP Practice.Our Sports Law practice will be represented by Pablo R. García. Pablo has an LLM in Intellectual Property from John Marshall Law School (USA) and an MS in Sports Management (Spain).
Pablo has great experience in Sports Law, especially in matters involving athlete, event and sponsorship contracts, player image rights, training rights and solidarity mechanisms.
His other areas of practice include Copyright and Trademark Litigation.
