Impact of international cooperation on Intellectual Property

Governments usually receive technical assistance support to design, develop and implement national IP and innovation strategies, aligned with their development strategies. Such support also assists in developing national IP legislative and policy frameworks.
The seminar is part of a series of activities to conduct a macro level assessment of technical assistance in the areas of cooperation for development to ascertain their effectiveness, impact, efficiency and relevance.
Paraguay’s National IP Office (Dinapi) was represented by Berta Dávalos Julián and Juan Esteban Aguirre.
