Legal terms suspenden until June 7, 2020

On May 24, 2020, Argentina’s Executive Power extended until June 7, 2020, the compulsory quarantine aimed at slowing the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.In accordance with the Government decision, the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI) issued Resolution 47/2020 extending the suspension of all legal terms in progress from May 25 until June 7, 2020.
Finally, the Argentine Supreme Court decided on the extension of its extraordinary recess until June 7, 2020.
