Mexico offers new advantages through its Online Trademark service

These three platforms improve and simplify the services and procedures offered by the Institute to its users, by modernizing its Industrial Property management systems that allow the correct filing of applications and promotions of inventions and distinctive signs.
From now on "Trademark Online" offers a user from any location with access to the Internet, and through his electronic signature, to carry out the complete process to obtain a trademark registration in a 100% electronic manner.
The success of this service is showed by the increase of applications submitted online: 29,297 in 2016, which represented 36.52% more than in 2015, with 21,460 electronically filed applications.
