National IP Office Beguns Digitalization Process for its Services

The National Service for Intellectual Property (SENAPI) of Bolivia unveiled the integration of digital signatures for administrative resolutions and concession titles pertaining to distinctive signs and patents. These documents will be delivered electronically via the Intellectual Property System (SIPI) directly to the email address provided during the application process.

Rafael Soto, the Executive Director General of SENAPI, underscored the nature of digital signatures as a foundational stride toward the comprehensive digitization of intellectual property processes. "In this 2024 administration, our aim is not only to simplify final resolutions but also to digitize the entire procedural landscape," he stated.
