New business center in the heart of South America
In approximately 45 days, constructions for the World Trade Center of Asuncion will begin, creating Paraguay’s most important business center.

The complex will be comprised of four towers and will be the first building in Latin America to incorporate the concept of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), most renowned and prestigious green building certification system granted to environmentally friendly constructions.

In this sense, the company in charge of this project agreed with a Dutch company to use turbo fans for the production of electric power and for lighting in all public areas of the building.

On October 10 and 11, WTC Asunción representatives will participate in the General Meeting of the association in San Pablo, Brazil and in November of this year, the official presentation of the WTC Asunción will be held New York.

Moreover in March 2012, representatives of WTC Asunción will attend the Mipim, an exhibition of the international market for real estate professionals that is annually celebrated at the Palais des Festivals of Cannes.

The investment in this project is of more than 50 million dollars. The public believes that the WTC Asunción will exceed its expectations by connecting Paraguay with more than one million companies around the world, placing Asunción among the largest cities of the world.
