"We have identified a very attractive talent pool and are ready to test the waters of Bluefields", said in an official statement Alexander Franklin, QC2 CEO. "Our vision is to make Bluefields the next great outsourcing destination in Central America, and to establish Nicaragua as a market leader", he added. Bluefields is the capital of the South Caribbean Autonomous Region of Nicaragua.
QC2 offers a wide range of call center service including both inbound and outbound calls, providing bilingual services in both English and Spanish. Its services span across a broad spectrum: collections, customer service, website chat support, technical support and personal assistant duties, among others.
In Nicaragua, company representatives have already conducted interviews and encouraged bilingual professionals to submit their resumes, according to the state-run agency ProNicaragua, which supports the US firm in the country.
