Paraguay opens opportunities for UAE investments
Since August 16, 2019, all citizens from the United Arab Emirates are exempted from applying for pre-entry visas to enter Paraguay. UAE nationals will now be able to stay in the country for a maximum of 90 days per visit.

The exemption is the same for Paraguayan citizens who travel to the UAE, and came in line with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the UAE and Paraguay on September 24, 2018. It’s mainly focused on bringing new investment opportunities for Paraguay in areas such as tourism and trade.

Ahmed Sari Al Mazrouei, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the UAE, said that the agreement looks to “develop ties that mirror the aspirations of the leadership of the two countries”.
