Peru launches its global coffee brand
By Espinosa Bellido Abogados

The brand represents all types of coffees produced in the country, considering the diversity of its territory, which goes from 1968 to 5905 feet above sea level on the Andean mountain range.
“We want the Peruvian coffee to wrap the consumer with its history, connecting him with a cultural wealth and biodiversity that allows the presence of many flavors, aromas and varieties, and that also has a strong social component, since its production involves almost half a million families”, stated a press release from Promperú, the government agency in charge of promoting the country worldwide.
Peru is the second producer of organic coffee in the world and ranks fourth in coffee production with sustainable certification. Its main markets are the United States and Germany, followed by Belgium, Sweden, Canada, South Korea, Italy, the United Kingdom, Colombia and the Netherlands.
