Pittaluga Expands Services with New Sports and Entertainment Law Practice

At Pittaluga, we have launched a new Sports and Entertainment Law practice, expanding our range of services in a sector that has gained increasing relevance and legal complexity in recent years.
The practice is led by Guillermo Rodríguez Capurro, an attorney with extensive experience in sports legal management, contract negotiations, and proceedings before organizations such as FIFA, CONMEBOL, AUF, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
For more than ten years, Guillermo headed the legal department of Club Nacional de Football. He also served as Assistant Professor of Sports Law at the University of the Republic for three years, combining practical experience with a strong academic background.
With this new practice, we strengthen our ability to advise clubs, athletes, artists, agents, and investors on contractual, regulatory, and asset protection matters, providing comprehensive and specialized legal solutions.
