In accordance to the government’s decision, the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) suspended all current terms until May 10, 2020, while the Supreme Court declared an extraordinary judicial fair also until the same date.
Nevertheless, INPI has established a care customer service with minimum guards and a shift system. After obtaining an appointment via email, the user must respect the assigned shift schedule and comply with social distancing and sanitary regulations.
