ROBALINO Advises Orion Energy on Landmark USD 119 Million Oil Contract Renegotiation in Ecuador

The deal involves a committed investment of approximately USD 119 million over the next six years.
Following a comprehensive three-year negotiation process, the signed amendment agreements extend the contractual terms by ten years, allowing Orion Energy to continue its operations in the Sucumbíos province until 2042. The investment program focuses on drilling new development wells and enhancing production efficiency, aiming for a projected output increase of over 15 million barrels across both blocks.
