Marta has been Director in two prominent firms of Ecuador before joining Robalino, with over a decade of experience in labor and employment law, highly valued for her strategic approach to sensitive restructuring, termination processes, and comprehensive labor auditing in the merging of mergers and acquisitions. Her skills in advising on labor legislation and supporting the incorporation of foreign entities will be a significant asset to both departments, ensuring seamless integration between corporate transactions and labor compliance.
Her reputation for excellence has been recognized by top legal directories, including her acknowledgment as an “Associate to Watch” by Chambers and Partners Latam and a “Recommended Lawyer” by Legal 500.
Villagómez holds a Law Degree from the University of the Americas and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the School of Business Administration (EAE) in Madrid, Spain.
