Top contest selects Nicaraguan premiums coffees

During March, national tasters began the process of pre-selection of the best 150 samples that will go on to the next stage, on March 22, were the final 40 will be selected.
The Cup of Excellence, open to any producer, group of producers, beneficiaries and coffee cooperatives with a registered farm in Nicaragua, is organized by the Association of Specialty Coffee of Nicaragua (ACEN) with the goal of rewarding the best premium coffee produced in the country.
