USPTO hires new patent examiners

"Patent examiners play a critical role in the agency’s efforts to foster innovation, competitiveness, and economic growth. USPTO examiners work closely with inventors and entrepreneurs to process their patent applications and determine whether or not a patent can be granted," the USPTO stated.
Recently the USPTO officially issued U.S. patent number 11 million. “This momentous benchmark is a reminder of the remarkable and enduring tradition of American innovation that has driven our nation forward for generations,” said U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo.
