Meet our team

THE BAHAMAS. Erica Pople-Ferreira.

Erica is a Bahamian attorney with experience in intellectual property law, company formation and management, real estate law, wills, estate planning, probate and legislative drafting and policy review.  She has worked in both the legal and offshore sectors in The Bahamas.

Erica has 30 years of experience in the intellectual property field.  Her practice focuses on trade mark, patent, design copyright and copyright registration in The Bahamas, and she ensures that her clients obtain the broadest protection for their intellectual property rights. She regularly counsels international law firms and corporations and has trained local attorneys in Bahamian intellectual property law and practice.  She  has also made numerous presentations to local entrepreneurs and orange economy organizations.

BERMUDA. Patrice Muhammad.

With four years of intellectual property experience, Patrice’s knowledge belies her tenure. She comes to Eproint from the Bermuda Registry General, where she honed her skills and familiarity with IP on her way to becoming an Examiner. Patrice is conversant with both the pre-registration and post-registration processes in Bermuda and can handle the entire “life cycle” of a mark or patent.

She has studied at the Bermuda College and completed relevant WIPO and administrative courses which have helped her advance her career over the past 25 years.

GRENADA. Carol Lewis-Jeremiah.

Carol is presently an Independent Paralegal in Grenada. She has worked in the field of law for the past nineteen (19) years.

At a tender age she began working at the Supreme Court Mediation Centre as the assistant to the Mediation Co-ordinator. There she was exposed to managing the office and its files and assisted in coordinating many mediation sessions and training.

She worked at three (3) leading law firms in Grenada wherein she developed expertise in many areas of law such as Litigation, Banking, Citizenship and Passport, Company, and Intellectual Property, to name a few.

Carol is a very strong-minded, customer friendly, goal-oriented individual – always determined to get the job done! Carol is a Certified Paralegal who has also acquired a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law with the University of London.
